How do I redeem an offer?
Navigate to the offer you want to redeem, tap "Redeem," and show the confirmation screen to the business. You must be at the business location to complete the redemption.
How do birthday freebies work?
Add your birthday to your profile, and we'll show you special birthday offers from participating businesses. Most birthday offers are available during your birthday month.
Why do you need my location?
We use your location to show you offers near you and to verify you're at a business when redeeming. You can control location permissions in your device settings at any time.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Platinum?
Go to your Profile and tap on your current plan to see upgrade options. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
How does the referral program work?
Platinum members can share their referral code with friends. When someone signs up using your code and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission on their subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@yofarna.com. We'll process your request and delete your data within 30 days, as required by law.
